Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Al Jubail Tools. If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Original packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at aljubailtools.store@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack your item securely, including the original invoice or packing slip.
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that a 15% deduction will be applied to cover payment service charges and restock fees.

Exchanges If you need to exchange an item for a different model, please contact our customer service team. We will process the exchange once we receive your returned item.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
